Double check your EOB after anything you do here. I was overcharged up front and never notified about it, until 3 months later when I noticed myself and called and followed up through email. I was told the "Refund Department" was working on it. They blamed the previous billing companies, tried to tell me I didn't understand my deductible, and gave me the runaround on getting an itemized bill. Once I reached the right people, they resolved it quickly, but I'm lucky I understand my insurance plan and was able to afford the money up front. Insurance is complicated and many people rely on their doctors to properly bill them and explain it. $600 is life-saving money for some people. The lack of communication, incompetence with understanding insurance, and predatory billing practices are all reasons I would not recommend going here. I WOULD recommend double checking that they charged you correctly if you've visited them in the past.

Great experience today! My son who is 15 months just had a procedure done. They were so kind and explained everything that would and did happen. They were empathetic and supportive! Front desk, nurses, doctor, surgeon, anesthesiologist and recovery was perfect. 10/10 recommend!

The staff here is top notch. Our youngest had to get tubes in his ears and from the front desk to post op every person we met was friendly and so helpful.
