Towson Surgical Center is a freestanding ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms and one procedure room. We are committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care delivered by a highly engaged team.

We are home to board-certified physicians who have expertise in several different fields. We believe in compassionate medicine, where patients feel reassured and unrushed. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards, as our center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Patient satisfaction is our primary goal.

Our Facility

Towson Surgical Center (“TSC”) was founded by a group of local physicians in 1996, as physician-owned, physician-led facility providing outpatient surgical services to Baltimore County MD, and surrounding areas. In 2003, TSC partnered with National Surgical Care, Inc. (“NSC”), to take advantage of NSC’s capital resources and network of multi-specialty surgery centers around the country. Through the NSC transaction, the physician partners continued to own a minority interest in TSC. In 2011, NSC was acquired by AmSurg Corp., one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of surgery centers. Today, TSC continues to provide high quality ambulatory surgical services as a joint venture between local physicians and an affiliate of AmSurg Corp.

The surrounding communities we provide services to include Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford County, Cecil County, Carroll County and some Pennsylvania areas.

Services provided include GI, Plastics, ENT, Oral Maxillofacial, Podiatry, GYN and Ophthalmology.
