Dr. Johnson is an obstetrics and gynecology specialist. He has particular interest in incontinence (namely stress urinary incontinence) and pelvic health (namely pelvic floor prolapse in females). He believes that minimally invasive procedures available today make a difference in the quality of life for patients.
Dr. Johnson is director of the Division of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction at University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMSOM). He also serves as associate vice chair and associate professor for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at UMSOM.
Dr. Johnson has been named a “Top Doctor” in the specialty of urogynecology by Baltimore magazine on several occasions.
